Edinburgh

Edinburgh is the capital city of Scotland and the 7th largest city in the UK. Edinburgh has a diverse and large range of shops as well as many bars, clubs and restaurants with the majority situated along Grassmarket, Lothian Road, Rose Street, George Street, New Town, Queen Street, Stockbridge, and the waterfront at Leith.

Edinburgh hosts 30+ festivals throughout the year, with the most notable arguably the Edinburgh Comedy Festival which is part of the Fringe Festival. Edinburgh also is home to the non-profit Edinburgh Zoo and the 4th oldest university in Scotland; The University of Scotland.
