Here is the perfect cocktail recipe for a dry martini

 

Ingredients

0.5oz Vermouth

2oz Premium Gin or Vodka

Olives or Lemon Peel

Method

1.Pour vermouth into an ice filled mixing glass, stir 10 – 15 times, strain and discard excess vermouth.
Add gin/vodka, stir 10 – 15 times, strain into chilled martini glass.

2.Pour vermouth directly into glass, swirl around.
Add gin/vodka into an ice filled mixing glass, stir 10 – 15 times & strain

3.Atomise/spray vermouth on to the inside of the glass.
Add gin/vodka into an ice filled mixing glass, stir 10 – 15 times, strain and serve.

4.Add gin/vodka into a frozen/chilled glass, then pour a couple of drops of vermouth onto surface.

Garnish

Either a lemon twist or an olive on a cocktail stick.
