CITY DRINKING Review
The dispenser and display stand is designed in a way that each flavour is easily laid out and accessible. Each variety is vibrant and attractive and have the potential to add colour and flavour to your cocktails.
We reviewed the Bloody Mary and Cosmic Coconut varietes. The Cosmic Coconut comes in a deep blue colour, the smell is very sweet, there is a slight tone of coconut but the overiding mpression is of sugar. The Bloody Mary resembles chilli powder, with its orangery red colouring and powder consistency. The Bloody Mary has a robust spiced aroma and the taste is warm, peppery, roasted with initial salty quality.
Roxi Spice may work with certain drinks and certainly add an interesting fun quality to the rim of the glass, however they may struggle with tradionalists and could potentially work against the flavours in certain cocktails.
Inventive idea, simple and effective display design but flavours could use some work.
