Wireless
Wireless 2009 sponsored by Barclaycard promises an amalgamation of dance meets hip-hop in a musical clash of the titans. Headlining on Saturday 4th July, Britain’s very own dance pioneers Basement Jaxx will be taking to the main stage and bringing their unique carnival sound to London’s Hyde Park. Support will come from the likes of The Streets, Dizzee Rascal and Paul Oakenfold, giving this day a very dance-based feel in The Capital.Headlining on Sunday 5th is non-other than rapper/producer/songwriter and all-round demi-god Kanye West, with a supporting line up that includes Q-Tip, Flo Rida, Mr Hudson and many more! In addition to four stages of the best music, the biggest names and the hippest newcomers, Wireless 2009 will also feature all the festival stuff you love - expect a huge variety of food stalls, beer gardens and fun games. It’s going to be a big one, so make sure you don’t miss out. See you in July! (Source: http://www.wirelessfestival.co.uk)
