SCIENCE OF COCKTAILS

Hot on the heels of “molecular gastronomy” - a discipline pioneered in the 1980’s by French food scientist Herve This - comes a new brand of innovation in which chemistry and physics help determine what makes a brilliant cocktail.

DRINKS EDUCATION

As always, Bar09 will host a variety of drinks features to harness the knowledge of leading experts within bartending, flair and mixology. The programme will include demonstrations, tutored tastings, flair performances and discussions with some of the leading personalities in international bartending.
